"I began training with Alex in May of 2021. For the last 7 months we have been training 2-3 times a week and it’s completely turned my life around. He helped me get into the best shape of my life. Alex has a home gym in his garage. He has all the equipment needed for great workouts. He does a great job about making the atmosphere fun and comfortable (decorations, music and good conversations). He also has a great way of customizing your workout to your body and capabilities. If you want to focus on something specific, he has the knowledge and tools to make it happen. He’s not afraid to take the exercises outside and to the park in his neighborhood if weather permits it. During the 7 months I've trained with him he has made constant upgrades to the gym (new equipment and optimizing the floor plan). If you’re looking for a trainer that has passion and knowledge of health and fitness, Alex is your guy."
