Service Description

Book a private, 1-on-1 personal training session with me at my garage gym in Eugene, Oregon... or I can come to you, at your home gym! Let's assess the needs of your group members, make a plan for each individual, and work as a team to achieve our goals! Price includes initial intake and fitness assessment for each person. 2 people - $90 ($45 per person) 3 people - $105 ($35 per person)
